Two ways to partner with Heaven in Windsor

1. A standalone business

You run Heaven Windsor as your own local business. The online store, the marketing and the customer service already exist; you provide a secure place for the stock in Windsor and hand each order to the courier. It can start as a side business and grow with the number of orders.

2. An add-on to your existing retail business

If you already run a shop with long opening hours, such as a convenience store, a smoke or vape shop, a pharmacy, a flower shop, a gas station store, a print or pack-and-ship shop or a late-night store, Heaven adds online orders to your day without extra staff or floor space. Our stock sits in your back room, and your opening hours become Heaven's delivery hours in Windsor. Nothing changes for your own customers: every Heaven order leaves in plain, unmarked packaging.

How an order works

1. A customer in Windsor orders on the Heaven website and pays online.
2. Orders and courier delivery are integrated in one system: the order is confirmed, a courier is booked automatically and the order details land on your phone. No phone calls and no manual dispatch.
3. You hand the order to the courier in plain, unmarked packaging.
4. The courier delivers it to the customer's door, usually within 1–2 hours.

Who does what

Heaven:

• the online store: website, product catalogue, checkout and payments;
• marketing: search engine optimisation and online advertising for Windsor;
• customer support by email and chat;
• product selection and purchasing;
• the order and courier system: every order is confirmed, dispatched and tracked automatically.

You, as the local partner: safe storage of Heaven's stock at your location and hand-over of each order to the courier. That's the whole job. Compensation and the other terms are agreed after we review your application.

What you need in Windsor

• A small, secure, dry space for the stock at a shop, office or other commercial premises.
• Someone on site to hand orders to the courier during your opening hours: the longer the hours, the more orders you can serve.
